- Assist members in setting realistic, obtainable fitness goals and objectives.
- Direct safe exercise programs involving all aspects of the gym.
- Work with the Spa Manager in the formulation of plans for projects and other areas.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all strength and cardio equipment and their programs as well as the proper use, alignment, safety and contraindications.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Hotel operations.
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
