Roles & Responsibilities: - Leadership and Management:
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and motivating staff to achieve salon spa goals.
- Develop and implement performance goals and KPIs for staff, monitoring progress and providing recognition for achievements.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and solicit feedback from team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions with spa staff, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
- Advocate for the spa department within the organization, communicating its value and contributions to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon spa, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Make sure that all the customers are filling the required form before entering their session.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and advertise special offers.
- Drive sales by up-selling services, products, and packages, and meeting revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new services, packages, and promotions that align with client preferences and industry demand.
- Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism in all salon spa services and treatments.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to industry best practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the salon spa industry.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
- Prepare reports on salon spa performance, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback.
- Maintain inventory levels of retail products, professional supplies, and amenities, conducting regular stock checks, placing orders with suppliers, and reconciling deliveries against invoices.
- Produce performance reports tracking revenue, sales trends, client demographics, and appointment utilization to monitor progress and guide decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in B/A or Degree in hotel/hospitality management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field.
- knowledgeable in different types of cosmetics and beauty products used in a spa.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
- Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
