Job Description Summary: Provide exceptional service to guests during banquets and events by ensuring efficient and professional food and beverage service. Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet areas, and deliver a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Service: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner. Serve food and beverages according to banquet/event specifications.
  2. Setup & Cleanup: Set up banquet areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware. Clean and reset tables and banquet spaces as needed.
  3. Coordination: Work closely with banquet staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  4. Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively. Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and tact.
  5. Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  6. Support: Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and equipment as required.
Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Opera
  2. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  3. At least 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  4. Hospitality background is preferred.
  5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
