The Head of Creative is responsible for developing and executing the overall creative vision and strategy for the brand. This role oversees the creative team, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and impactful designs, campaigns, and multimedia content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, advertising, and visual storytelling, with experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Brand Development

  • Develop and implement the brand’s creative vision across all platforms, ensuring consistency and innovation.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and visual storytelling to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
  • Foster a creative culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and career development opportunities for team members.

Campaign & Content Development

  • Oversee the creation of advertising campaigns, marketing assets, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and is aligned with audience insights.
  • Work with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to manage large-scale creative projects.

Design & Visual Storytelling

  • Direct the development of engaging visuals, graphics, and multimedia content.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative materials uphold brand identity.
  • Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the industry.

Project & Budget Management

  • Manage creative project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively.
  • Oversee resource allocation and workflow optimization for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in creative leadership roles such as Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or Senior Art Director.
  • A proven track record working in top-tier agency environments, including organizations like TBWA, Publicis, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, or Two Thirds.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record in branding, advertising, and digital content creation.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and multimedia tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
