Job details

The Network Engineer is accountable for designing, implementing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, the delegation of tasks and the resolution of network issues in order to ensure IT systems are working safely and correctly.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, Implement, and Operate new network solutions and improve the efficiency of existing networks
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
  • Develop network architecture plans based on industry best practices
  • Implement critical network infrastructure improvements and upgrades
  • Conduct network performance monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Establish and enforce network security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network-related projects
  • Travel Across the Kingdom to support on site implementations

Position Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, Wireless, and firewall configurations
  • Hands-on experience with networking hardware, including routers, switches, Wireless, and firewalls
  • ACI, DNA, and SD-WAN Experiences are highly desirable
  • Certification such as CCNP, or similar are highly desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), Switching Technologies (VSS, VPC, STP, LACP), SNMP, Syslog
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
