Centaurus Charter is currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team based in Dubai. Are you an excellent communicator? Do you like to network with people? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Supervise event teams project work, performance and productivity during event tenders with our different partners.
- High level of forward thinking & planning to ensure upcoming events are finalized within a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Establish relations with different stakeholders.
- Good initiative, quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Delegation skills to ensure your team is performing to their best ability.
- The successful candidate will be able to grow to be a real asset to the company as it establishes itself & grows in the market.
- Passion for people and passion for the process.
- Ability to investigate potential sales leads and partners.
- Desire to maintain an atmosphere of friendliness, openness, and teamwork.
- Willingness to react rapidly to changing/moving targets.
- Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, or Event Management.
- Experience in different Travel Agencies and hospitality is a plus.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Driving License.
- Based in Dubai.
