They are globally recognized and due to their expansion into the Middle East, are looking for a Business Development Specialist that has experience in KYC, Due diligence, AML, Investigations, and Risk management to support the growth of their client base in the region. Salary: Basic + Commission (to be discussed) Start Date: ASAP Language requirements: Arabic is a must

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC countries, focusing on corporations, law firms, financial institutions, and government agencies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop insights on growth areas, client needs, and emerging opportunities in key sectors including Due Diligence, Investigations, IP protection, Digital Forensics, Banking, Cryptocurrency, and Real Estate.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and secure long-term partnerships within the UAE.
  • Research potential contacts and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in those sectors, including C-suite executives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Arabic.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Based in Dubai with the ability to travel to different countries in the region.
  • Five years of experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of Middle Eastern culture, relevant local and national laws and regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of establishing relationships with senior stakeholders and driving growth in complex business sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Adaptable, competent, and comfortable with technology.
