Hilton Doha Diplomatic District Street West Bay Area P O Box 40414 Doha A Storekeeper will support the Finance and Operations departments by managing inventory, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth logistical operations. This role involves coordinating with other departments, handling inventory-related documentation, and ensuring efficient stock control.

What will I be doing?

As a Storekeeper, you will play a key role in inventory management within the department. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Assist in daily operations related to stock management and inventory control
  • Communicate effectively with other departments regarding stock availability and requisitions
  • Handle and maintain records of inventory transactions and stock movements
  • Ensure proper storage, organization, and tracking of materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Attend relevant meetings and provide updates on stock levels and requirements
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and control

What are we looking for?

A Storekeeper serving Hilton brands is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth storage operations. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume inventory or warehouse management function
  • Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling
  • Passion for providing efficient and reliable inventory control
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous knowledge of the Birchstreet purchasing system and/or Navision
  • Relevant degree or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business discipline
