Adecco is hiring for an Assistant Trade and Operator (Shopper) Marketing Manager for a leading client in UAE. Job Title: Trade and Operator (Shopper) Marketing Manager Contract: 9 months Location: Dubai, UAE As the Assistant Trade and Operator (Shopper) Marketing Manager, you will act as the key link between Marketing, Operators, and Trade Partners. You’ll support the activation of marketing plans to increase the reach and penetration of our product portfolio, working closely with the Customer Development (CD) team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade & operator (shopper) marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and preferences.
• Create and manage promotional programs to drive sales.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing objectives.
• Manage budgets and track ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Support eCommerce business and trade partners.
• Optimize operator (shopper) buying experiences and lead post-campaign evaluations.
• Drive Perfect Store execution and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG and Trade/Operator (Shopper) Marketing.
• Proficiency in Marketo, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of offline & online trade marketing and eCommerce.

Skills:

• Attention to detail, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Digital savvy with customer-centric and content creation skills.
