Infinity Developments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch support to our executive team. This critical role will work closely with our leadership to ensure seamless daily operations, effective communication, and exceptional administrative support. Position: Administrative Assistant Job Type: Full Time Location: Iris Bay, Business Bay Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily schedules including internal meetings, conference calls involving multiple time zones, setting video conferences, and client meetings.
- Coordinate travel schedules, both domestic and international, preparing a detailed itinerary prior to departure.
- Serve as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Draft PowerPoint presentations and other business documents.
- Represent the organization and leaders to internal and external parties as required.
- Assist with other duties such as file maintenance, photocopying, scanning, mailings, troubleshooting, and meeting planning.
- Handle calls for the senior leaders, working with other support staff to ensure phone coverage during breaks and other periods of absence.
- Support other colleagues when possible, providing timely answers to requests.
- Assist with office management duties as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
