EOI-Project Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world Wood is actively seeking Expressions of Interest for Project Administrator role to support future growth in our expanding business. The projects team focusing on delivering across FEED, Pre-FEED, Brownfield, Greenfield scopes of work. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of project work in accordance with the project execution plan, including Wood and/or Project Procedures on Safety and Quality Control within the man-hour, cost and the project schedule targets. This is a long-term assignment based in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Administrator will be responsible for:

1. Providing general admin support to the management team
2. Screening and fielding telephone calls
3. Liaising with client regarding queries
4. Organising and replenishing stationery and office supplies
5. Arranging worldwide travel, flights, accommodation, transfers sometimes with complicated itineraries
6. New starters admin, induction and organisation of equipment as well as admin related to leavers
7. Formatting documents
8. Assisting with expenses collation and approval
9. Meeting room bookings and hospitality
10. Stationery ordering
11. Reviewing and updating department data including minute taking
12. Various department admin duties including holiday charts
13. Organising courier services as required
14. Assisting with proposals coordination and submission

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
2. Fully conversant with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
3. Good numeracy skills
4. Manipulation of spreadsheets
5. Having time writing / time sheets experience.
6. Team Player
7. Good TEAMS knowledge.
8. Consistent and accurate delivery
9. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
10. Knowledge of Arabic language is desirable but not essential

Applicants are required to:

1. Have demonstrable experience of working independently / remotely from technical leadership personnel (although functional leadership will be within the Doha office).
2. Have demonstrable experience of working within a small project office, supporting cross discipline activities beyond their core discipline
