Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management within the events industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence, a deep understanding of the luxury events market, and hands-on experience in production, technical coordination, and logistics management to ensure flawless event execution. Key Responsibilities Client Management:
  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  2. Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Event Planning and Coordination:
  1. Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and plan events, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
  2. Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to on-site management and post-event follow-up.
  3. Manage the technical production aspects of events, including lighting, sound, staging, and AV requirements.
  4. Coordinate with production teams, set designers, and contractors to oversee build schedules and event installations.
  5. Ensure all events meet high aesthetic, functional, and safety standards through close collaboration with technical and production teams.
  6. Develop and manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, transportation, and scheduling.
  7. Manage risk assessments, compliance, and health & safety protocols for on-site event operations.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or technical issues that may arise before or during an event.
Business Development:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury events market.
  2. Develop and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s capabilities and unique value proposition.
  3. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are controlled and financial targets are met.
  5. Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
  6. Optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
  1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in both the UK and Middle East.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company’s market presence and attract new clients.
  3. Mentor and guide junior account executives and other team members.
  4. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
  5. Work closely with the creative, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of all event elements.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event account management, with exposure to technical production, logistics, and operations.
  3. Strong background in live events, brand activations, and luxury experiences.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts and complex event builds simultaneously.
  5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  7. Experience working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  8. Willingness to travel within the UK and the Middle East as required.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Suite.
