HPG Auto Repair is a one-stop auto workshop in Dubai offering a wide range of car maintenance and repair services. Our experienced car mechanics are trained and certified to provide quality car care services including car diagnostics, engine oil changes, brake services, and more. We prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer the best customer service at a reasonable price. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor at HPG Auto Repair. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for daily tasks related to vehicle maintenance, customer satisfaction, automotive repair, and providing excellent customer service in Dubai. Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the automotive industry minimum 2 years in UAE
- Knowledge of car
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid UAE driving licence
