Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and implement Oracle system improvements for HR and support services.
Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to Oracle applications, ensuring efficiency and compliance with business needs.
Write and optimize SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and other necessary code for system improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the Oracle system.
Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle system issues, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
Integrate Oracle applications with other business systems as required.
Maintain system documentation and provide training to end-users on new functionalities.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Oracle systems, including development and customization.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools.
Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in HR and support services.
Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Database Administrator, Oracle Developer) are a plus.
Experience with cloud-based Oracle solutions.
Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.
