Foreman - Fitout

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Foreman specializing in Fitout to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule activities on-site, ensuring timely completion of projects.
2. Supervise and provide guidance to construction workers and subcontractors.
3. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Inspect work progress regularly to identify any issues and ensure compliance with project specifications.
5. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to report on progress and address any concerns.
6. Manage materials and equipment on-site, ensuring proper utilization and maintenance.

1. Proven experience as a Foreman in Fitout projects.
2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Certification in a related field is a plus.
