As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and kitchen.
Assist customers with menu selections and upsell products when appropriate.
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Assist in food preparation and presentation as required.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideally, you should possess some or all of the following qualifications and experience:

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
A passion for coffee and providing an excellent customer experience.
Food Handling or Barista certification (a plus).
