Galadari Trucks and Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. About the Role: As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding after-sales support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include providing technical advice, resolving product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and advice to customers for heavy equipment and machinery.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving product issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships and promote services.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Previous experience in product support or a related technical role in heavy equipment.
- UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
