Job Description of Sales Manager – Real Estate Development

As a Sales Manager for Real Estate Development at Eiger Marvel, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities of Sales Manager – Real Estate Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Present and promote our real estate projects to potential clients and investors.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay updated with industry developments and competitive landscape.

Qualification Required for Sales Manager – Real Estate Development

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales management within the real estate development sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
