Job details
Jungleworks seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage full-cycle recruitment, ensure UAE labour law compliance, and handle employment visa processing. Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, offers).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
- Handle employee relations and maintain records.
- Support HR initiatives and administer benefits.
- HR degree and at least 2 years of of relevant HR Generalist experience in the UAE Market (recruitment, UAE labour law, visas).
- In-depth UAE labour law knowledge.
- Has experience in visiting Tasheel and other employment visa processing offices in the UAE
- Proven recruitment and visa processing skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
