This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a General Manager to lead the Victorian Branch operationally and to drive growth and profitability for our iconic Australian brand. We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented leader to join our team as the General Manager of our Victorian branch in Campbellfield. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you will be responsible for driving significant business growth, overseeing all sales functions, and achieving the financial targets for the branch. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Branch General Manager, you will assume full operational responsibility for the Victorian branch. This encompasses overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including strategic planning, financial performance management, and leading and developing a high-performing team. You will be responsible for implementing company policies, managing budgets, and driving revenue generation across all departments and products. Essentially, you will serve as the strategic leader and primary point of accountability for the branch's success in Victoria. Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute business plans, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve sales goals.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of around 40 individuals to achieve personal and Branch KPI’s.
- Monitor budgets, optimise resource allocation, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and uphold company values.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, consistently exceeding revenue targets while analysing market trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a high-performing sales teams.
- Highly motivated and proactive individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
