Role Overview As a Business Development Manager , you will be pivotal in scaling our business by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term partnerships. Your mission will be to connect with business owners and chief marketing officers (CMOs) and showcase how NEM’s modern marketing solutions can solve their challenges. You will leverage tools like WhatsApp CRM , AI-driven sales strategies , and modern outreach techniques to thrive in this highly dynamic role. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and networking).
- Drive sales engagement by initiating meaningful conversations with CMOs and business owners .
- Plan and execute campaigns using tools like HubSpot , Sales Navigator , and WhatsApp CRM to create a high-quality pipeline.
- Extracting leads via Appolo.ai/ Lusha/ LeadSquare and nurturing the database
- Past experience in the publisher or Ad agency side will be a preferential advantage
- Build relationships with decision-makers, understand their challenges, and present tailored marketing solutions.
- Leverage data insights and AI-driven tools to design personalized sales pitches.
- Manage the complete sales funnel – from TOFU (Top of Funnel) to BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) – ensuring a seamless lead nurturing process.
- Partner with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, and Tech) to develop sales strategies and winning pitches.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging email campaigns that resonate with prospects and drive conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and market dynamics to refine the sales approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Sales Expertise: 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the digital marketing or martech industry .
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for crafting persuasive messages and impactful presentations.
- Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , WhatsApp CRM , and email marketing platforms.
- CRM Fluency: Ability to manage, analyze, and optimize CRM databases effectively.
- Data-Driven Approach: Experience leveraging data insights to drive client engagement and decision-making.
