• Social Media Content Creation: Develop and create engaging posts, reels, and videos for Instagram and Facebook, focusing on overthinking, stress, clarity, and anxiety. Use meditation as the core solution to these challenges, creating content that resonates with those looking for mental peace, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.
• Scripting & Storytelling: Write compelling and relatable content that addresses common mental health struggles such as overthinking, stress, and anxiety. Craft stories around meditative practices, providing practical advice and tips to manage emotions. Strong writing skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
• Audience Insights: Understand the mental health struggles faced by students and professionals, especially regarding stress, anxiety, and the need for mental clarity. Content should guide them towards meditation as a proven tool for managing these challenges.
• SEO and Social Media Algorithms: Have a basic understanding of SEO and social media algorithms to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Content should be optimized for both mental health and meditation-related keywords.
• Graphic & Video Creation: Basic skills in video editing and design to create visually calming, serene, and engaging content that aligns with the theme of mental well-being.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on trends related to mental health, overthinking, anxiety, and the meditation space, ensuring content is always relevant and fresh. Incorporate mindfulness practices into daily content creation.
