At Independent Search Solutions Ltd we currently have a position for an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist to cover the Dublin / Leinster Territory. We need you to be based in Dublin or within commuting distance as this position will mainly see you meeting with and dealing with the Orthopaedic Surgeons in both the Private and Public Hospitals in the capital. Some travel to the rest of Leinster may be required from time to time. I am keen to talk with Orthopaedic Surgical Nursing staff and Hospital based Physiotherapists who are looking for a break into a commercial orthopaedic role. Full training will be supplied on all my clients' Surgical Devices, but you must have a minimum of 2 Years previous experience working in Surgery (Scrub Nurse) or Hospital based Physiotherapy where you have regular dealings with the Ortho Surgeons - APPLY TODAY This role is only open to Irish, UK & EU Citizens who can work Visa free across the Island. - € - Basic (Dependent on Experience & Open to Negotiation)
- Commission (10% - 20%)

- Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products and surgical techniques, primarily in a theatre setting
- Engage with both existing and new surgeons to develop robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads
- Support customers with activities relating to the management of the company's stock and equipment including consignment inventory, loan kits, ordering patterns
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity, working jointly with the appropriate Territory Manager/Sales Lead
- In addition to the customer facing activity, the Clinical Specialist will also support the development of product & procedure knowledge with the sales team. This may be teaching in a theatre setting, classroom teaching, or involvement in our Induction Training Programme
- 2-5 Years Surgical / Theatre experience (Scrub Nurse)
- Full Clean Driving License
- Specific experience in Surgical Orthopaedics essential
- I am also open to considering Hospital based Physiotherapists
- Communication & influencing skills at an advanced level
- Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others in a Clinical Environment
