The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and automating Linux-based systems, ensuring high availability, and optimizing performance. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based systems to meet business requirements.
2. Develop and maintain configuration management automation using Chef and Ansible.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux infrastructure and automation tools.
4. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application and infrastructure deployment.
5. Monitor system performance, ensure security compliance, and optimize server configurations.
6. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to implement best practices.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and automation processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Linux Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
2. Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems (eg, RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
3. Strong expertise in automation tools like Chef and Ansible.
4. Experience with Scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
5. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (eg, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
6. Solid understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure principles.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
2. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (eg, Prometheus, ELK Stack).
4. Certification in Linux or DevOps-related technologies is a plus.
