KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Planning and execution of Blasting and painting jobs of repair/refit/conversion of ships.
- Timely completion of Fuel oil tank cleaning, Blasting and painting jobs as per scope of work.
- Compliance of safety and quality norms of Ship yard.
- Managing subcontractor’s manpower and adherence of job schedule.
- Ensuring the smooth work flow, coordinating with inter-departments.
- Sound knowledge on surface preparation, Blasting and painting.
- Competency in Power tooling, surface preparation, Fuel Oil tank Cleaning, Blasting and Painting.
- Reading and preparation of BOM as per Project requirement.
