AI Business Analyst - Conversational and Generative AI

Location: Hyderabad, India Type: Full-Time We are looking for a client-facing AI Business Analyst with expertise in Conversational AI, Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and AI-driven automation . This role involves leading AI solution discovery meetings, gathering business requirements, and defining AI-powered workflows to enhance customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX). The ideal candidate will collaborate with AI engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement AI solutions for enterprise clients. Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Technical BA in Conversational AI, Generative AI, or AI-driven automation projects .
• Experience in lead AI discovery meetings, AI Automation use cases, functional and technical requirements, product backlog, user stories, and solution design, agile environment.
• Experience working with AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AI platforms like Kore.ai, Azure AI, AWS Lex, Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, or similar .
• Experience in LLMs, NLP, AI Agents, AI Chatbots, and AI process automation .
• Hands-on experience with AI solution consulting, workflow automation, and enterprise system integrations .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint execution, and backlog management .

• Experience working on AI-driven customer service, IT helpdesk, HR automation, or enterprise workflows .
• Knowledge of API integrations, cloud AI services, and automation tools .
• Agile/Scrum certification or AI/ML certifications (preferred).

• Lead AI discovery meetings to identify Conversational & Generative AI use cases .
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements for AI-powered automation.
• Define and manage product backlog, user stories, and solution design in an agile environment .
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and automation workflows .
• Conduct LLM integration, NLP model tuning, Prompt Engineering, and AI automation workflows .
• Oversee QA testing, UAT coordination, and post-deployment optimization of AI solutions.
• Track project milestones, business impact, and ROI for AI implementations.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor , helping clients navigate AI adoption for CX and EX improvements.
