Job Summary: The Technical Analyst (Support) will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting banking applications, core banking systems, and financial software . The ideal candidate will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business units to resolve issues efficiently and ensure seamless banking operations. Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for core banking applications and financial systems.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve system incidents, application errors, and performance issues .
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to escalate and resolve critical issues.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and transactions to identify and prevent potential issues.
- Support banking operations by ensuring application availability, stability, and performance .
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and deployments with minimal downtime.
- Document technical solutions, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Train and guide end-users on new features and system functionalities .
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards, risk policies, and IT governance .
