As an Information Security Analyst I, you will play a critical role in monitoring security threats, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures while working in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and potential threats.
• Implement security policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Work with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including AWS, Genesys, and Citrix.
• Manage and support CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Office 365.
• Assist in security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen security posture and mitigate risks.
