Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to engage with clients and prospects, nurture relationships, and support business development efforts. This role involves managing appointment scheduling for the Business Development Manager (BDM), updating CRM systems, and maintaining an organized and dynamic sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and skilled at fostering connections to drive sales opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and identify potential opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Update and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate and current prospect and client information.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring it remains organized and up to date.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and progress through the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and handoffs.
- Provide reports and updates on pipeline status and engagement activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to improving sales processes.
- Experience in appointment scheduling and pipeline management is an advantage.
- Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
