Tableau Developer

About - We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst / Data BI Developer with expertise in Tableau, SAS, and SQL to join our team. In this role, you will develop, validate, automate, document credit risk reports for portfolio monitoring and tracking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, creating actionable insights, and developing interactive reports and dashboards that support business decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract, clean, and visualize data to drive informed business strategies. Responsibilities -

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for various business functions.
• Utilize SAS to perform statistical analysis, data manipulation, and predictive modeling.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and ensure data integrity in all reporting processes.
• Automate reporting and streamline data processes to improve efficiency.
• Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working on Tableau, SAS, SQL.
• Proven experience with Tableau, including report/dashboard creation and optimization.
• Proficiency in SAS, with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and modeling.
• Strong command of SQL, with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.
• 2-5+ years of experience in analytics preferably in Banking and Financial Services.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
