Regarding the role, Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Growth Manager to join our team. Tasks
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels
- Lead sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic
- Establish and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand our reach
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our services
- Analyze performance metrics across all growth channels and optimize strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials and sales collateral
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with overall business goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a growth-oriented role, with a proven track record of driving results
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Experience in sales and account management
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaboration strategies
- Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on growth metrics
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
