Tenure 6 month- 1 Years Core Responsibilities 1) Help prepare reports related to employee compliance and assist in identifying potential areas of risk. 2) Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with the latest legal requirements and best practices. 3) Help track and report on any non-compliance incidents or discrepancies within HR systems. 4) Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives within the HR department.
