Contracts Manager

We’re working with a leading tier 1 main contractor in their search for an experienced Contracts Manager in the Dublin area. As a Contracts Manager, your role would be pivotal in overseeing contract negotiations, management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the General Foreman to plan weekly and daily activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring all onsite systems comply with internal policies and regulatory standards for health and safety, wellbeing, environmental protection, quality, and sustainability.
• Reporting to the Regional Director, you will collaborate closely with your teams, including the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitoring that the works are being carried out in accordance with the designer’s drawings, sketches, and to the relevant specification.

Requirements:

• Obtained a third level qualification in Engineering or Construction Management/Trade certification.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager, specializing in Fit-out projects.
• 5 years of experience in overseeing critical construction stakeholder agreements, encompassing clients, team members, and reporting managers.
• Strong communication and computer proficiency, with a proven track record of reporting on project delivery schedules.
