Job Description: HRBP -DM/Manager/Senior Manager role- Requirements (education & work experience): - MBA / PGDBM or any equivalent Post Graduate degree in HR with 7 to 12 years of relevant experience. - Prior Experience of working in BPO / KPO's or relevant organisations, managing large employee strength (800+) would be preferred. Companies like Concentrix, TP, CarDekho can be looked into. - Team management experience is a must What we are looking for in a candidate - A sound HR professional with credibility in the business, with good stakeholder relationships, and who get things done. Responsible for all HR processes, workflows, systems, employee communication, and policies.  Ensuring a high level of performance in the business and the team, ensuring optimum output from each member.  Effectively manage all employee related data and maintain data sanctity.  Act as a single point of contact for all employee and policy related queries.  Maintain an effective and transparent communication channel within the business and the team.  Ensure all concerns related to the employees are addressed within the stipulated timeframe and in accordance to the organizational guidelines and policy framework.  Lead the HR team to enhance their competencies and provide the necessary guidance.  Monitor adherence and adoption of internal policies and HR systems.  Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow within the team and the aligned business.  Bring forth new ideas and innovations to improve on the quality of tasks being carried out.  Prepare MIS reports and dashboard for the stakeholders.  Improve the existing employee engagement framework (a thought-through action plan.
