We are looking for a talented Assistant Business Manager to take the lead with our digital sales funnel growth strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the digital funnel after lead generation from lead qualification (Pre-sales) to improving experience center visits leading to improved booking rate. If youʼre interested in using systematic ways to test experiments and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As an assistant manager in business growth, your job is to find the channels and strategies to increase revenue. Funnel Improvement Strategy ○ Driving initiatives to optimize the lead funnel (Lead generation to Booking), to improve efficiency and productivity leading to increase in bookings ○ Keep a track of conversion funnel for each customer and build strategies to build repo and trust which translates into conversions Data Analysis ○ Analyze, Measure, Report data across various digital touchpoints to monitor revenue performance & bookings and uncover area of improvement at various stages of funnel ○ Set up the technical foundations and metric tracking for various stages of customer journey for in funnel Customers Collaboration ○ Work cross-functionally with our Growth & Marketing, Sales, Customer Service teams to successfully drive execution for major growth initiatives Experimentation ○ Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate conversions at different stages of customer journey ○ Create frameworks and processes for end-to-end experiment execution and scale-up in case of experiment success Customer Focus ○ Connect directly or conduct surveys through various tools with customers to receive their feedback on user experience, which helps influence new marketing strategies going forward ○ Improve customer experiences by improving business process which ultimately lead to greater customer satisfaction & build awareness company leading to improvement in conversion EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelorʼs degree • 3+ years of experience in hardcore sales processes • Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. • High rigor to get into detail for each customer and build strategies to improve customer experience • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to get their hands dirty to generate outcomes • This is a 6 days working job with off on Monday
