Building Services Engineer

Building Services Engineer - Construction - Wexford, Ireland The Building Services Engineer position plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services. As a Building Services Engineer, you will be pivotal within our project delivery team. Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

1. Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle.
2. Coordinate Design team information & details in time for project delivery activities.
3. Ensure implementation of the MEPL Services IPEP Management plan.
4. Liaise with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, Lifts & Technical Specialists Sub-Contractors.
5. Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of Safety.
6. Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved Quality plan.
7. Monitor Programmes & review installation progress.
8. Ensure design compliance & commissioning achievement with all documents collated and O & M Manual’s development.

1. Mechanical/Electrical Third level qualification.
2. 5 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
3. Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience.
4. Excellent IT skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
6. Strong client focus.
