Product Designer

The opportunity

To grow our service offering, we need to enhance our existing platform, expand our service with new features, and begin to look beyond the local Forex space at other exciting opportunities. We are looking for a Product Designer who is creative, adaptable, sharp, and keen to help us make the above a reality!

What you’ll do

• Design streamlined solutions for our Forex and Arbitrage services
• Oversee the UX/UI design team
• Put yourself in the client’s shoes to develop the best possible user experience
• Plan and manage projects end-to-end
• Understand business processes with the aim to enhance them
• Coordinate with our operations team, engineering team, and other stakeholders to iron out processes and develop holistic solutions
• Quality control new features to ensure they’re up to spec
• Continuously analyse, improve and adapt existing products

What you’ll need

• At least 2 years' experience in a product, UX/UI or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. Design, Engineering, data analytics, etc)
• Experience in the finance space is beneficial, but not necessary
• Strong UX/UI intuition to guide early designs
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly map out a MVP
• The ability to wear multiple hats to work with a multitude of teams and solve a variety of problems
• Deliverable focused with a strong eye for detail
• Highly organised with an affinity towards keeping things neat and tidy
• Sound communication skills to coordinate teams effectively
• A start-up mindset, comfortable with products failing and having to be rapidly iterated
• Comfortable as a self-starter working remotely
