Freelance IT Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Business Process Advisory)

Job Description - Scale Global is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for HR, Finance, Sales, and Distribution as part of our digital transformation journey. We are looking for a Freelance IT Project Manager & Business Process Advisor to lead system implementation, optimize business processes, and ensure successful integration with commercial operations . This role is ideal for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert who can bridge IT and business needs , working closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams while managing external IT vendors to ensure a seamless rollout. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Process Optimization (HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, & Distribution)

• Analyze current business processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, Sales, and Distribution .
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies that can be optimized through Microsoft tools.
• Recommend best practices for process automation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Automate.

• Act as a liaison between Scale Global’s internal teams & external IT consultants .
• Ensure a structured rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Supply Chain) .
• Oversee Power Automate workflow automation for approvals and business processes.

• Work with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead management, sales tracking, and customer engagement .
• Ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrates with marketing automation tools and e-commerce platforms .
• Implement Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into sales performance.

• Manage external Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultants & IT vendors .
• Ensure proper API integrations, security configurations, and role-based access controls .
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before go-live.

• Ensure proper handover to Scale Global’s IT team for ongoing system maintenance.
• Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting guides for end users.
• Track post-implementation KPIs and recommend continuous improvements .

• 7+ years experience in IT project management, business process optimization, and Microsoft ecosystem implementation .
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance, HR, Supply Chain Modules) .
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure Integrations .
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, sales, and finance workflows .
• Strong understanding of sales & marketing automation, distribution processes, and supply chain optimization .
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with cross-functional teams..

• Freelance Contract: 3-6 Months (Extendable based on project needs).
• Hybrid/Remote (Preferred Hyderabad-based for vendor coordination).
