To support customer technical solutions by providing general technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting on customer systems under guidance of technical specialists.Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Collaborate with associated infrastructure service teams to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop Services.
• Manage and support Citrix Virtual Applications and Desktop Services
• Manage and support Citrix Netscaler Services
• Manage and support Citrix Hypervisor
