What’s the role about? As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our store in Brown Thomas, Cork as our Sales Associate, on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our management team to achieve sales and operational goals. What you’ll be doing

1. Delivering a premium and tailored customer service experience
2. Providing in-depth knowledge of the brand and our products
3. Communicating appropriately and effectively with customers, team members and management
4. Acting as a Reiss Brand Ambassador

1. A passion for premium or luxury products
2. Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
3. Ability to see things through the customer’s eyes
4. Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Excellent organisational and decision-making skills
8. Team player mentality
9. Good written and verbal communication skills
