Job Description: The company is on the hunt for a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer to join their dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote and on-site work in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will bring 6-10 years of UX/UI design expertise , coupled with a degree in a related field. As the Senior UX/UI Designer, responsibilities include crafting and enhancing user experiences across diverse digital platforms, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to deliver seamless, visually captivating interfaces. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
2. Develop and articulate comprehensive UX/UI design strategies
3. Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and refine designs
5. Present and pitch design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
6. Ensure design consistency and adherence to established design systems and brand guidelines
7. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
2. 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design
3. Mastery of Figma , Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, After Effects, AutoCAD, Axure RP, Sketch App, SketchUp, and SOLIDWORKS
4. Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Design Systems, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
5. Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision and Rapid Prototyping techniques
6. Proficiency in usability testing methods and user research
7. Strong Critical Thinking, Creative Concept Design, and Strategic Thinking skills
8. Familiarity with Responsive Web Design principles

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft PowerPoint
2. Exceptional Project Management and Public Speaking abilities
3. Expertise in Product Ideation and Information Design
4. Knowledge of V-Ray for rendering
5. Proven track record of thriving in a collaborative team environment
