Direct message the job poster from iHR (International Human Resources). We are looking for Operations Manager to work on one of our projects in Sakaka & Hail . Requirements

  • Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Years of experience: Two years or more
  • Field of experience: Experience in operations management
  • English language : Advanced level of speaking and writing
Job Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the project's strategic plan and contributing to its development, preparing and following up on the implementation of operational plans to ensure their balance with the project's objectives.
  • Establishing principles and controls for managing and directing operations and improving productivity. Strengthening relations with internal and external partners.
  • Ensuring the provision of services according to the best standards in the public libraries sector. Periodic follow-up of performance indicators and preparing reports on the achievement rates of the departments and submitting them to the project management.
  • Contributing to the development of programs and services for the project according to the approved programs and activities plan.
  • Implementing policies and work mechanisms to provide a package of project services to meet the vision and needs of the project's pioneers of different categories.
