For more information, please visit Job description: Responsibilities Develop Learning and Development strategies to build capabilities for business needs by being a learning partner to Business Leaders. Identify, design, and develop a comprehensive curriculum of training for on-the-job training, micro-learning, case studies, role-play, webinars, online learning, and other interventions for effective learning transfer. Able to conduct upfront training or facilitation to support training needs and evaluate internal & external training programs. Conduct TNA to develop training plans (classroom/OJT) and learning resources to support team members' learning on the go. Manage and drive the adoption of a competencies framework to support functional skills and core competencies. Manage outreach and engage team members in driving a lifelong learning culture. Oversee any Training Programme, as well as review and enhance programmes' effectiveness. Lead or participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects. Work closely with team members to review internal workflows and recommend and implement improvement measures to streamline learning and development operations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of relevant working experience, especially in learning and development. Preferably candidates with WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)/WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE)/ WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP). A creative and resourceful team leader with strong business acumen, solution-oriented and good communication skills. Possess strong planning, project management, and analytical skills. Strong organisational skills, resourceful and able to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight project timelines.
