We are looking for a passionate and talented Creative Designer to support all ERA branding, marketing, and communication campaigns. This role will work in tandem with the Marketing Communications and Social Media teams and the wider marketing verticals such as Events, Partnership, and Project Management teams. You will assist in producing multichannel designs that can be used for digital, website, social media, sales decks, print, and more! You will have an ear to the ground on all the latest creative & digital trends and be able to use your skills to make a change and create concepts into ideas that consumers will love. You will be responsible for assisting in building the ERA brand affinity and be involved in the production of all visuals ranging from print and digital to experiential. Job Responsibilities: Shape and refine the overall visual identity of the brand to ensure that concepts support the business portfolio and achieve business goals. Create impactful design deliverables and own the end-to-end creative process. Establish and manage the brand identity, standards, and style through perfect design execution. Support the brand and creative development process as the brand continues to grow and evolve. Design and create a wide range of graphics, including illustrations, infographics, and social media content to ensure brand consistency. Generate fresh concepts and stay up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors. Confidently discuss creative solutions to briefs and present concepts. Monitor and trace performance of outputs and optimize when necessary. Support other design requests from the team. Work collaboratively across different business units with different skillsets, including Marketing, Project Management, Engineers, and Stakeholders to maximize creativity and quality in the user journey. Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of creative/graphic or visual design experience. A degree in Graphic Design / Art preferred. Portfolio of professional works to showcase your creativity. Ability to clearly communicate reasons behind design decisions. Attention to detail and artistic criteria. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts, and layouts. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Able to prioritize daily tasks and manage overall workload to meet critical task deadlines. An independent conceptual thinker able to turn ideas into beautiful visuals. Able to think creatively and resourcefully in finding cost-efficient and effective ways to problem-solve. Able to start within short notice would be an added advantage.
