Job details
Responsibilities Support acquisition and marketing campaigns for the bank’s commercial cards to deliver to acquisition goals. Manage day-to-day operations of the card acquisition process end-to-end. Serve as an internal reference for commercial cards product features, operational and technology aspects. Manage and resolve customer exceptions. Perform accuracy checks of daily/monthly/ad-hoc reports. Handle any other general administration duties and assist in ad-hoc projects as required. Other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and basic functions. Knowledge in Payments business, especially credit cards. Experience in a financial institute or in the payments industry is advantageous. Good analytical, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills with ability to manage stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, independent, self-motivated with good time management.
