About the role: The Partner function is critical to monetising our partner ecosystem and driving nonlinear growth for the company. Today we receive regular inbound requests to become a partner and inbound opportunity referrals. To date, our approach to this significant opportunity has been tactical. Moving forward we are recruiting for a lead to run our System Integrator ‘Geo function’. This includes relationships with partners of all sizes that we don’t yet have the capacity to run dedicated relationships. It is a one-to-many role with the potential of generating significant additional ARR for our business. This EMEA-wide remote role will work within the partner management team engaging closely with SDR, marketing and regional SI leads for southern, central and Northern Europe once they are recruited. In this role, you can expect to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for long-tail SI partners, triaging inbound, fostering relationships and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
- Drive pipe generation through SI opportunity referrals and maximise closed won ARR.
- Onboard new partners, providing education on our product offerings, partnership tools, and processes. Directing partners to self-serve where necessary.
- Maintain regular communication through scalable channels such as newsletters, webinars, and email campaigns.
- Continually drive the improvement of our partner program with suggestions to our head of operations and regional VP. Implement said changes where appropriate or oversee through others.
- Enablement and Support:
- Create and share partner enablement materials and self-service resources.
- Troubleshoot partner inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Identify and implement strategies to keep long-tail partners engaged and aligned with partner program goals.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
- Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software.
- Knowledge of or prior experience with dbt.
