Responsibilities

  1. Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
  2. Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  3. Assist the yearly external audit of the company and manage interactions with auditors.
  4. Formulate general ledger and closing reports by inputting in-depth details of the firm's transactions.
  5. Analyze reconciling bank statements and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.
  6. Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  2. Expertise in handling financial activities by implementing the latest management and cost reduction trends.
  3. Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
  4. A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
  5. Strong reporting skills.
  6. Hands-on experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
