Saudi Recruitment Specialist - Al Khobar - ED Trading Specialist Co.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Saudi Recruitment Specialist at ED Trading Specialist Co. in Al Khobar. In this role, you will manage all aspects of human resources and government relations, including reviewing job applications, conducting technical interviews, developing HR policies, and more. Responsibilities:
  1. Assess job applications to determine qualifications
  2. Conduct interviews to evaluate skills
  3. Ensure regulatory compliance
  4. Manage payroll and employee benefits
  5. Train new hires and enhance the workplace environment
Requirements:
  1. Advanced computer proficiency
  2. At least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  3. Expertise in labor law and payroll processes
  4. Deep understanding of recruitment methods
