We are partnering with one of the leading Banking & Insurance Company in Dubai. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst. Job Description: Responsibilities:

1. Work with the business and the Health and Life Platforms lead to establish the strategy and organization for the Healthcare IT Platforms, with a strong focus to maximize the impact on business.
2. Consult with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
3. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of Business Analysts, business teams, testers, developers (as required), and other technical teams to deliver the functionalities.
4. Monitor the Healthcare IT Platform stability and make improvements, if necessary.
5. Engage with business and technical teams establishing trust-based relationships.
6. Analyze the issues of the existing systems reported by users, design and coordinate the solution.
7. Analyze the feasibility of, and prepare requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits the needs of the users.
8. Develop recommended solutions in consultation with impacted internal and external stakeholders, remaining objective and independent of specific stakeholders.
9. Prioritize the business requirements and functional deliveries to effectively meet the needs of the business areas and the customers.
10. Manage the backlog of enhancements and issues with a clear status.
11. Support the delivery team to deliver new products/features and/or iterations to existing products to meet user needs.
12. Work closely/coordinate with solution architect, software development team (vendors), and business to ensure the completion of all aspects of business requirement within the required scope.
13. Support the Health & Life Platform Lead / Project Managers with the definition of the vision, goals, and preparing the product roadmap as per agreed priorities.
14. Obtain, review, and challenge the effort estimates from developers and testers. Discuss estimates with the Platform/Project Manager for approval, ensuring that the development budget is not exceeded.
15. Create low-level design documents/integration specifications including data fields mapping (as required).
16. Work closely with Test Lead(s) to define the test plan, test scripts, technical integration test cases, and user acceptance tests.
17. Participate in/executing/coordinating testing of new system functionality.
18. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
19. Prepare system release notes, user manuals, develop training curriculum, and conduct formal training sessions for business users and service delivery team.
20. Manage relationships with solution providers (vendors) and ensure they deliver as per plan and requirements & scope.
21. Support Project Manager(s) in coordinating other activities related to the project.

1. Sound knowledge of Healthcare insurance business with current market knowledge (specifics of the Healthcare insurance in the Gulf region).
2. IT Development delivery follow-up.
3. IT & Business Analysis experience of working with development teams and solution providers.
4. Experience in assessing, documenting, and executing project requirements, scope analysis, and test plans, delivering projects on time and within scope.
5. Experience in organizing and coordinating the delivery and testing with business, developers, and testing team.
6. Minimum 3 years of working experience in business analysis/project management.
7. Minimum 5 years of experience working in the domain of IT developments.
