Responsibilities

  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams, addressing issues that arise during execution.
  • Quality Control: Monitor construction processes and materials to ensure they meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and coordination on site.
  • Resource Management: Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including progress, material usage, and any incidents or delays.
  • Safety Management: Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or logistical issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies. Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
